Since childhood, cooking has been at the center of Eric’s heart. By 18, he started his culinary journey as a kitchen helper in Malaysia. After moving to the U.S., he deepened his knowledge by learning other skills like hibachi and sushi. Since then, with his wife Chloe by his side, he has poured his love for food into Tamashi.
